Price list and rules

High season (June 1–August 31) price per night: 

 1–6 people - 1,200 PLN

7–10 people - 1,350 PLN

11–12 people - 1,450 PLN

Surcharge for 1 pet - 40 PLN

Low season, price per night:

1–6 people – 1,100 PLN

7–10 people – 1,200 PLN

11–12 people – 1,300 PLN

Surcharge for 1 pet – 30 PLN 

Early booking discount: at least 1 month in advance – 5%

Discount for stays of at least 7 days – 10%

Weekend surcharge – 10%

Opener surcharge – 10%

 Minimum 2-night stay

Long-term rentals are available from September through May; please contact us for pricing information.

Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

No parties allowed

No smoking inside the house

Reservations require a non-refundable 30% deposit; the balance is due 1–3 days before arrival.

Check-in from 4:00 PM

Check-out by 10:00 AM (if there are no reservations for the same day, check-out between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM is possible upon prior notice)
